common to family firms
Members are able to accomplish their objectives through a
multi-faceted approach integrating academics, peer interaction, expert intervention, quantitative evaluations, and leading resources in the field. This is achieved through regular participation in programs and focus groups - as well as special evaluations (QuadStrat, ASSESS Strategic Success Model, One Page Plan, etc.) as prescribed by our executive coach, Dr. Michael Stern.
