The Business Law department is dedicated to insuring that every UConn business student is given the opportunity to develop a rich understanding of the legal and ethical environment of today’s business world. Through both required and elective courses, students are introduced to the potential legal and ethical issues that they may face in their careers and have an opportunity to develop strategies to avoid legal problems through thoughtful decision making. The department is also a place where pre-law students will find the courses that they need to properly prepare for a successful law school experience.
