 Upon joining the Family Business Program, members may undergo a formal QuadStrat Strategic Performance AssessmentTM - a sophisticated analysis instrument which allows you to assess your organization's functioning in key disciplines. QuadStratTM is a suite of organization assessments that quickly pin-points your best opportunities for strategic business improvement, illustrates management and employee alignment, and compares your results to thousands of organizations in a global “best practices” database. The assessment may be completed annually upon membership renewal.
The assessment is rooted in fact-based primary and secondary research, yet is designed with practical business application in mind. The underlying framework is the Organizational Dynamic Model which consists of 35 areas of strategic disciplines and features a “Strategic Performance Index” and “Report Card”. These disciplines are defined by three critical areas: Organizational Strategy, Organizational Design, and Organizational Culture.
